Eligibility to withdraw

To withdraw funds from your KINGJL account, you must be logged in and your account must be in good standing. KINGJL may require identity verification before or during withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and regulatory obligations. Withdrawals are available only after successful authentication and verification of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal limits and currency handling

Minimum withdrawal: €10. Maximum per withdrawal: €5,000. Withdrawal limits may vary by currency and regulatory region; the applicable limit will be shown during the withdrawal request. Conversions and currency settlements follow KINGJL's standard exchange rates at the time of processing and may incur exchange differences.

How to request a withdrawal

1. Log in to your KINGJL account.
2. Navigate to the Withdrawals section.
3. Select a withdrawal method and enter the amount (minimum €10, maximum €5,000 per withdrawal).
4. Confirm the withdrawal request. You will receive a confirmation once the request is lodged.
5. Await processing; the status will be updated in your account.

Verification and compliance

KINGJL may require supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including, where applicable, government-issued identification and proof of address, or ownership verification for the selected payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld or reversed if ownership or identity cannot be established or if there is a risk of fraudulent activity. All processing complies with KINGJL Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

Processing times and status updates

Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and any ongoing verification checks. When a withdrawal is approved, funds are released in line with the payment processor's settlement schedule and the banking or payment provider’s processing times. KINGJL will provide status updates in your account.

Fees and adjustments

Any applicable fees or currency conversion costs will be disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal. KINGJL reserves the right to adjust fees and to apply fees per withdrawal method as described in the Terms and Conditions. You will see the exact fee in the withdrawal confirmation screen prior to submitting the request.

Disputes and corrections

For any withdrawal discrepancies, submit a dispute through the official support channel in accordance with KINGJL's Disputes Procedure. KINGJL will investigate and resolve issues in good faith; withdrawals may be paused or reversed if required by the investigation.

KINGJL processes withdrawal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and KINGJL's Privacy Policy. Only authorized personnel and payment partners have access to withdrawal data; all data transmissions are protected by encryption and secure processing standards.
